Track attendance easily and accurately with MSP’s Sign-in Kiosk – accessible on tablets and computers. Volunteers can sign in when they show up to serve with just a few clicks. Leaders can see exactly who has checked in, both at the service and after the fact, for simple reporting and follow up.

Using the Kiosk on a computer or tablet
Use the steps above to copy and paste the Kiosk URL into a web browser or email it to yourself or others to use on another device. Any computer or tablet with internet access and a current web browser is able to launch the Kiosk and allow volunteers to sign in.
Using the Kiosk App on an iPad
For iPad users, there is a MSP Kiosk app available in the App Store for any device that meets the minimum app requirements. Locate it by searching for “MSP Kiosk.”
You will need your Organization ID to launch the Kiosk for your church. This is the same as the Church Web Identifier you set up when you first installed MSP. You can see what this is by clicking on the Licensing pane inside of MSP and you will see the Church Web Identifier listed here.
Kiosk Styles
Sign-in Station
Want volunteers to check themselves in? Open the kiosk on your church’s device and empower volunteers to check in on their own.
This is the default interface for the Kiosk. At any time you can get to the Welcome screen to begin in this style by using the “Back” button in the upper left side of the screen.
Clipboard
Like to have a friendly face greeting and checking in volunteers? Treat your computer or tablet like a clipboard and check people off as they arrive.
To use the Kiosk like a clipboard, simply click the “Status” button in the upper right hand corner of the welcome screen.
Attendance Data
Viewing Data During Check-In
At any time during the sign-in process and up to 30-minutes after the sign-in period has ended, from the main Kiosk page click the “Status” button in the upper right hand side of the screen. This will show you the names and a check-mark beside the name of all volunteers who had signed in. Anyone without a check-mark has not signed in, and will get flagged as a no-show.
Additionally, you can check the status of volunteers by going to the Schedules pane of MSP, opening the schedule, and selecting the service. Then choose “View Sign-in Kiosk Check-ins” from the Schedule menu.
Viewing Data After Service
Once a service is over, the attendance records are automatically entered into MSP with no extra work on your part!
The Sign-in Kiosk is only available in the Plus edition of MSP. To upgrade to the Plus edition, log in to your account.
