- Why am I getting a message that my email address doesn't match any licenses in the MSP database?

The only email address that can reset an administrator password on an account is the primary contact email address. You can find that email address by opening an installation of the Administrator program, going to the Licensing pane on the left side, and looking for the "License Contact Email."
- What do I do if the primary contact email address is no longer in use and we don't have access to that account?
