Send in your data files

Our team of specialists will review and provide recommendations specific to your setup.

  • STEP 1

    Open the Ministry Scheduler Pro application, click the Help menu, then select "Send data files to tech support".
    OR log in to your church's Web Terminal as a Web Admin and select "Contact Us" from the drop down in the upper left.

  • STEP 2

    Fill out the form and click Send. You will receive an immediate auto-reply to your email confirming we received your message, and a support agent will respond within 1 business day.

  • STEP 3

    To send screenshots for error messages or visual demonstrations, reply to the auto-reply email you received after submitting your files.
